Assemble Insurance Tanzania Limited is the leading insurance in Tanzania with branches across the country. Assemble Insurance Tanzania Limited was inaugurated on 30^th April 2021 after the change of the name from AAR insurance Tanzania Limited.

Assemble insurance Tanzania Limited as a licensed insurer, invites interested medical service providers (hospitals, Health centers, Dispensaries, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers), both private and Government facilities to tender for the following service provision under capitation model arrangement on its specific product/scheme:

Services Required under this arrangement:

1. Outpatients Services

2. inpatient Services

Services Excluded under this arrangement

1. Dental Services

2. Optical Services

The capitation model arrangement will be under the following terms:

1. The applicable Price list shall be in accordance to Assemble Insurance price guideline

2. Under this arrangement Assemble Insurance shall pay ail the claims/Bills within 7 days after closure of the month.

3. All claims processes are electronically handled with the support of the third part administrator

4. All consultations must start with General Practitioner.

5. All successful applicants shall be ready to use the system in managing patient’s movement

2. Tendering documents Should contain the following documents:

• Application fetter (typed, signed and stamped) stating your intention to participate, the type of facility (i.e Hospital, Health Center, Dispensary, Pharmacy, etc)
• Include the contacts (mail and Phone number) of the facility director/incharge/administrator with authority to make decisions for the facility, location of the facility by stating the Region, District, Ward, Street it is located.

• Copies of certificates of registration from relevant authorities.

• Attached a sample of the generic prices of medications and laboratory tests commonly used in your facility (about 30) with the lowest possible prices that can be offered under this capitation arrangement.
