PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF TOILETS FOR SIX PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN KOME ISLAND BUCHOSA DISTRICT COUNCIL

Good Neighbors intends to apply parts of its Donor funds towards the cost of construction of toilets for six primary school in Kome island, Buchosa District council and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payment under the contract for proposed Construction of six toilets for primary schools in Kome island- Buchosa District Council
Good Neighbors now invites sealed tenders from eligible National Contractors registered in Tanzania for carrying out the Construction of six toilet block for primary schools in Kome island- Buchosa District Council.
Tendering will be conducted through the competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, Government Notice No. 446 of 2013 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and request tender documents from office Good Neighbors Tanzania- Mwanza Area office P.O BOX 367, located at Olympic Building, Third Floor, Plot No. 493, Block KV, Makongoro road- Mwanza emails [email protected] from 8:30am to 16:00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tender Documents in English and additional sets may be requested and sent to via emails to interested Tenderers on the submission of a written letter application to the email address given under paragraph 4 above.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security declaration in the format provided in the Tendering document unless otherwise stated in the Tender data sheet.
All Tenders in one original plus Two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes properly written the name of the tender, address, time and the word “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE” mentioned time of the deadline and must be delivered to the address below Good Neighbors Tanzania- Mwanza Area office P.O BOX 367, Mwanza, at or before 10:00 am local time on 23rd July 2020. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the GNTZ Conference room.
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
