For
PROPOSED RENOVATION AND EXTENSION OF CHURCH BUILDING AT AICT MAGOMENI, KINONDONI MUNICIPALITY DAR ES SALAAM
1. AICT MAGOMENI PASTORATE intends to renovate and extend under labour only contract the main
church building on Plot no 240 Block 16 Magomeni Mikumi, Kinondoni Municipality in Dar es Salaam.
2. AICT MAGOMENI PASTORATE now invites sealed bids from eligible contractors registered with Contractors Registration Board (CRB) in Class IV and above for execution of the works as indicated in the Bills of Quantities, Drawings and Specifications.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at AICT MAGOMENI PASTORATE OFFICE from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday except on Public holiday.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 3 above and upon Payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000/- (Tanzanian Shilling One Hundred Thousand only). Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s draft, or Banker’s cheque, payable to AICT MAGOMENI PASTORATE.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid securing declaration in the format provided in the Bidding documents.
6. All bids in one original and one copy properly filed in and enclosed in plain envelope and marked RENOVATION AND EXTENSION OF CHURCH BUILDING AT AICT MAGOMENI, KINONDONI (MUNICIPALITY DAR ES SALAAM, must be delivered to the following address on or before 2:00pm of 23rd July 2021.

7. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of bidder’s representative who choose to attend the opening at AICT MAGOMENI PASTORATE MEETING ROOM.
8. Late Bids, Portion of Bids, Electronic Bids, Bids not received, Bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
