NEW EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SERVICES TO THE NYANZAGA GOLD PROJECT
OreCorp Tanzania Limited (OreCorp Tanzania) and its subsidiary Nyanzaga Mining Company Limited (NMCL), are both wholly owned subsidiaries of OreCorp Limited, a development and exploration company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: ORR) (together referred to as OreCorp).
OreCorp is developing the Nyanzaga Gold Project (Nyanzaga or the Project) located within the southern area of the Lake Victoria Gold Fields, north-western Tanzania. Nyanzaga is in the Sengerema District within the Mwanza Region of Tanzania. The Project area lies approximately 60 km southwest of Mwanza.
OreCorp Tanzania and NMCL wishes to engage:
1/. A laboratory for services which include the provision of analysis and fire assaying of drill samples, and hereby invites all and any interested parties to submit their expression of interest to be included in the list of potential vendors. It is anticipated that there will be approximately:
. 10,800 chip samples
. 1,700 core samples
2/. An authorised dealership of 4WD vehicles based in Tanzania with ability to provide new 4WD vehicles. with full manufacturer warranty. It is anticipated the Project will require three new 4WD vehicles.
3/ Expression of interest should be accompanied by supporting documents confirming the following requirements can be met:
a) Full compliance with Tanzanian Mining (Local Content Regulations} 2018.
b} A track record of a minimum of three years of continuous operations in Tanzania.
c) A list of all projects undertaken and a minimum of three references from reputable mining companies operating in Tanzania
d} For laboratory services, a copy of their OHSE policy and QA/QC plan in line with international mining standards, proof of well-maintained and operational laboratory equipment, located in Tanzania and available for immediate use, and supported by an OEM trained in-house technical team; the ability to provide technical support and spare parts to the laboratory equipment and personnel within 24 hours; and proof of ISO17025 accreditation.
