Maintenance Supervisor
Position Description
Buckreef Gold is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a maintenance supervisor in the process plant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the maintenance aspects of our process plant equipment.

- Relevant Trade qualification in electrical discipline, NTA Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Associate Diploma NTA Level 4 or similar will be an added advantage.
- Experience in computerized electrical machines maintenance systems.
- Experience in MV & HV Switching and testing procedures.
- Programmable Logic Controllers experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Complex Protection relays.
- Extensive knowledge relating to VSDs, VFDs, Soft starters, Autotransformers, Liquid resistance starters (LRS).
- Experience in maintenance budgeting and spares management.
- Excellent safety record.
- Good Communication Skills, English & Swahili.
- Computer Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge to interpret manuals, technical drawings, electrical diagrams.
- Minimum of 7 years’ working experience in electrical repairs and maintenance with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Work Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
