Crane Operator
Position Description
Buckreef Gold is seeking to recruit a Crane Operator to join our team. We are looking for self-motivated, results-driven, and qualified personnel to work with BGC. A Mobile Crane Operator operates cranes to lift and move heavy objects, ensuring safety and accuracy while following project specifications.

- Certificate of crane operator from a recognized institution.
- Basic rigging certificate.
- Valid driving license.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in crane operation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be a motivated individual with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
- Performance-oriented, strongly motivated, and maintains a high work standard.
- Strong work ethic.
- Shows initiative.
- Adaptable to change management processes.
- Focused on continuous improvement.

- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience as a crane operator.
- Contract Type: Full Time
- Work Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off

- This is Full-time Job, Excellent safety record is preferable, motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

- Time management, scheduling, and planning skills.
- Valid Driving License when required.
- Computer Skills – Microsoft Office & Outlook.
- Knowledge to interpret manuals, technical drawings.
