We are seeking a Route to Market Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of our Salesforce Automation (SFA) processes. This role is critical in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our sales operations by geo-fencing customer outlets, optimizing visitation routes, and delivering insightful performance reports. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team, utilize data to drive decision-making, and support the strategic execution of our route-to-market initiatives. Purpose of the Role: To drive salesforce automation processes, accurately manage and geo-fence
customer outlets, optimize visitation routes, enhance efficiency, and deliver
insightful reports for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure consistent and
effective utilization of the Salesforce Automation platform.
- Monitor the accuracy of geo-fenced outlets and regularly update the
database for optimal accuracy.
- Generate comprehensive reports highlighting key performance
metrics, customer visitation patterns, and route efficiency.
- Analyze salesforce automation data to identify trends, inefficiencies,
and areas for potential improvement.
- Provide management with actionable insights and strategic
recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Regularly train sales team members on the effective use of
automation tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in sales automation, route optimization, or sales
operations in FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Automation Tools and Geo-fencing Software.
