Job Title: SENIOR SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
✅ Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
✅ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
✅ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
✅ Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
✅ Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Marketing Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
✅ Develop and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing platforms.
✅ Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
✅ Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials.
✅ Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
✅ Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅ Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
✅ Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO is a plus.
✅ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
