Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in a corporate communication or marketing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Fluency in French and English.
Core Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics and video content for presentations, social media, web banners, and internal newsletters.
- Collaborate with communication and marketing teams to align visuals with branding and messaging guidelines.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards based on project goals and communication objectives.
- Design visually compelling motion graphics that effectively convey key messages and engage target audiences.
- Edit video content and enhance it with motion graphics and visual effects.
- Ensure all video and animation content meets quality and technical standards across various platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency by aligning all graphics and animations with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a library of reusable motion graphic templates and assets for future use.
- Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary revisions.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and animation.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the quality and impact of motion graphics.
