Mass Market Merchant Officer Vacancy
Position Overview
Join our team as a Mass Market Merchant Officer and grow with us. We are seeking candidates with a University Degree in Business Administration, Social Science, or a related field, and at least 2 years of work experience, particularly in marketing, sales-related roles, or customer service.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor merchant acquisition efforts to align with company goals and timelines.
- Plan and execute targeted market attacks to onboard mass market merchants efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to track progress and resolve onboarding bottlenecks.
- Conduct field visits to engage merchants, provide training, and address onboarding concerns.
- Support on-ground teams during campaigns by distributing materials, setting up kiosks, and coordinating logistics.
- Ensure proper merchant branding in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team.
- Track KPIs related to acquisition efforts and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep accurate records of onboarding progress, team output, and third-party contributions.
- Share field insights to inform and support strategic merchant acquisition decisions.
- Take on additional duties as assigned, showing adaptability and dedication to company objectives.
