Job Details
- Title: Tanzania Country Director
- Location: Dar es Salaam, with national and international travel
- Contract: Full-time, one-year, fixed-term
- Salary: GBP 61,200 + GBP 10,000 benefits allowance per annum
- Reports to: Director of Programmes
Role Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Farm Africa’s work in Tanzania.
- Shape and grow innovative programs focused on improving food security, protecting natural resources, and increasing incomes.
- Inspire and lead a talented team to deliver impactful results.
- Build meaningful partnerships with communities, government, and donors to enhance program impact.
