Personal Assistant (PA) shall support the company’s administrative, operational, and coordination needs across various departments. The PA will work closely with department heads and management to ensure smooth execution of daily activities, timely follow-up of tasks, and proper documentation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and following up on departmental tasks and priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record action points for internal teams.
- Maintain and update departmental records, documents, and task tracking tools.
- Support recruitment activities, including tracking candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in organizing staff schedules, performance reviews, and HR-related documentation.
- Help implement and monitor company procedures and internal communication.
- Track and report on operational, supply, and quality control issues as needed.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure timely follow-up on assignments.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.
