1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
   project which appeared in TANePS website Issue no. N/A dated 15/02/2022.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation
   of the TIB Development Bank Limited during the financial year 2022. It is intended that part
   of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the
   Provision of Tax Consultancy Services.
3. The TIB Development Bank Limited now invites proposals to provide the following
   consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
   Provision of TAX consultancy services for the bank
4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
   Consultants:
   •All eligible firms under the provision of TAX consultancy
   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under National Competitive Selection and procedures described
   in this RFP.
6. The RFP includes the following documents, which are available online under the Tender
   Documents section of TANePS:
