1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
   project which appeared in www.ppra.go.tz Issue no. 001 dated 12/07/2022.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation
   of the Cereals and other Produce Board during the financial year 2022/2023. It is intended
   that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the
   contract for the CONSULTANCY SERVICES ON BUSINESS STRATEGIC PLANNING
   DEVELOPMENT 2023/24 – 2028/29.
3. The Cereals and other Produce Board now invites proposals to provide the following
   consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.

4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
   Consultants:

   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under National Competitive Selection and procedures described
   in this RFP.
