1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
   project which appeared in TANePS Issue no. TANePS dated 04/07/2022.
2. The Higher Education Students Loan Board received/has applied for/intends to apply
   for a loan from the WORLD BANK towards the cost of HEET and it intends to apply part
   of the proceeds of this loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Provision
   of consultancy service to conduct assessment on labour market dynamics in relation to
   students loan repayments.
3. The Higher Education Students Loan Board now invites proposals to provide the
   following consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms
   of Reference. Provision of consultancy service to conduct assessment on labour market

4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
   Consultants:
   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under Individual Consultant Selection and procedures described
   in this RFP.
