1. Reference is being made to the bid documents submitted by 15/02/2023 , for the above
   captioned matter.
2. Kindly be informed that the Tanzania Ports Authority – Tanga Tender Board during
   its ordinary Meeting held on 21/03/2023 , approved award of the contract to DS PERA
   LIMITED For Repair and Services of Transformers at Substation at the contract price of TZS
   19824000.00 VAT inclusive.
