- The Tanzania Ports Authority – Tanga intends to dispose Remove sludge/Dirty oil from
Tanga oil Jet Metering’s Facilities(Flow Meter). The Remove sludge/Dirty oil from Tanga
oil Jet Metering’s Facilities(Flow Meter) are disposed on “as is, where is” basis and the
procuring entity shall have no further liability after sale. - The Tanzania Ports Authority – Tanga now invites sealed Tenders for the purchase of
Remove sludge/Dirty oil from Tanga oil Jet Metering’s Facilities(Flow Meter) - Tendering will be conducted through the National Disposal by Tender procedures
specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – GN No. 446 and is open to all
Tenderers as defined in the Regulations. - Interested Tenderers may inspect the Remove sludge/Dirty oil from Tanga oil Jet
Metering’s Facilities(Flow Meter) at Tanga Port, Oil Terminal at Raskazone area on
19/05/2023 from 10:00-12:00 - Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the
Tendering Documents at the office of the Tanga, [email protected] from 08:00-16:00 on
Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays. - All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Deposit in an acceptable form in the
amounting to 25% of Tender amount in Tanzanian Shillings or any other freely convertible
currencies. - All Tenders must be electronically submitted in the proper format, at or before
26/05/2023, 10:00. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the
presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Tanga. - Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, Tenders not submitted, not opened and not read out
in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective
of the circumstances.
