1. Reference is being made to the bid documents submitted by 18/01/2023 , for the above
   captioned matter.
2. Kindly be informed that the College of Engineering and Technology Tender Board
   during its ordinary Meeting held on 15/03/2023 , approved award of the contract to
   STEVENS GENERAL BUSINESS AND SUPPLIES For Supply of Teaching Material for
   WEFOCA. at the contract price of TZS 17528764.00 VAT inclusive.
   Approved M/S. Steven General Business and Supplies at a total cost of Tzs. 17,528,764 VAT
   Inclusive through a Circular resolution No. CoET/CIR/PROC/105/04/40 dated 15.3.2023
