Expression of Interest

1. This invitation for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice
   (GPN) which appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue no.
   WB-0P0015674 dated 28/11/2021.
2. The Tanzania Institute of Accountancy received/has applied for/intends to apply for a
   loan from the World Bank towards the cost of HEET Project and it intends to apply part
   of the proceeds of this loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Provision
   of consultancies services for design and supervision of construction of hostel at Mwanza
   campus. (HEET Project).
3. The Tanzania Institute of Accountancy now invites eligible Firms to indicate their interest
   in providing the services which include Provision of Consultancy Services for Review of
   design documents, preparation of bidding document, cost estimates and Supervision of
   proposed Construction of Two hostels (Male and Female) at Nyang’homango Mwanza
   Campus
4. Interested Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform
   the services by submitting consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments,
   experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.
   Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
5. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public
   Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government
   Notice No. 446 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).
6. Selection will be conducted through the Consultants Qualification selection procedures
   specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
7. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office of the
   TANZANIA INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY P.O BOX 9522 DAR ES SALAAM,
   [email protected] from 08:00-16:00 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
8. Expressions of Interest (EoI) must be electronically submitted in the proper format, at or
   before 16/06/2023, 14:00
9. Late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the
   circumstances.
