Expression of Interest

1. This invitation for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN)
   which appeared in Taneps Issue no. 63 dated 27/07/2022.
2. The Institute of Rural Development Planning received/has applied for/intends to apply
   for a credit from the WORLD BANK towards the cost of HEET PROJECT and it intends
   to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to cover eligible payments under the contract
   for Provision of consultancy services for design,preparation of biding documents,cost
   estimatess and supervision construction for proposed construction of one multiple floors
   eco friendly modern academic block.
3. The Institute of Rural Development Planning now invites eligible Firms to indicate their
   interest in providing the services which include Provision of Consultancy Services for
   design, preparation of bidding documents, cost estimates and supervision for Proposed
   Construction of one multiple floors Eco-friendly modern academic block for the Institute of
   Rural Development Planning at Miyuji Area Dodoma.
4. Interested Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform
   the services by submitting consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments,
   experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.
   Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
5. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public
   Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government
   Notice No. 446 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).
6. Selection will be conducted through the Consultants Qualification selection procedures
   specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
7. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office of the
   Dodoma, [email protected] from 07:30-15:30 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on
   public holidays.
8. Expressions of Interest (EoI) must be electronically submitted in the proper format, at or
   before 22/06/2023, 12:00
9. Late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the
   circumstances.
