INTRODUCTION:
The
Jungle Pearl Resort is a new boutique lodge and campsite located in a
small and cultural Maasai natured town, called Mto Wa Mbu. Sitting on
the face of Lake Manyara, the resort is situated in the Manyara National
Park and surrounded by the beauty of the
savannah with an integration of the nearby jungle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales representative, preferred in same industry 1-2 years of management experience
- Strong intrapersonal skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing
- Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure preferred
- Persistent and dependable a bonus
Duties:
- Contributes
information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each service
being o ered Develops sales strategies and approaches for various
services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc. - Answers questions from clients about product and service bene ts
- Maintains
excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals - Analyses
trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information
that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance - Creates
and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures - Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
