Job Description
- Designing and administering training programs.
- Providing expertise in development design.
- Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities.
- Guiding managers and supervisors in developing training skills.
- Delivering training programs.
- Conducting staff training.
- Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback.
- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
- Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
- Assisting managers with staff requirements.
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
Counselingstaff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or any related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar (preferably a master’s degree).
- Above 4 years Relevant experience in an HR role specifically Training and Recruitment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools and Experience using computers for a variety.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.
- Friendly and approachable.
