Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Administration Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our dynamic Restaurant, Bar, and Club establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of day-to-day administrative activities, compliance with HR policies, maintaining essential licenses, and fostering a cooperative environment for our employees and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Time Management:
    • Ensure all employees arrive punctually, follow proper check-in/check-out procedures, and maintain accurate attendance records.
  2. HR Policy Adherence:
    • Ensure that employees adhere to company HR policies, conduct, and ethical standards.
  3. Licenses and Permits:
    • Manage and oversee all necessary licenses and permits to ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements.
  4. Facility Event Approvals:
    • Collaborate with facility management to secure approvals for events, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  5. Facility Regulations and Employee Conduct:
    • Maintain a harmonious relationship with facility management to ensure that employees comply with building regulations and foster a respectful environment.
  6. HR Compliance and Staff Welfare:
    • Collaborate with HR consultants to prioritize staff welfare, maintain compliance with labor laws, and proactively address any personnel-related concerns to support a healthy work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Inventory and Supply Management:
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to manage and maintain inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Training and Development Initiatives:
    • Support in the implementation of training programs and professional development activities for employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3 years of proven experience in administrative management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Computer use and relevant software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili – both spoken and written
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is an added advantage.
