REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) FOR GOODS/SERVICES
APHFTA is an Umbrella Non-government Organization (NGO) of the private (self-sustaining) health sector in Tanzania established in 1994. It serves at public forum for the private health sector and provides a comprehensive array of advocacy, administrative, knowledge sharing, and networking products and services to the Private Health Care Sector (PHCS).
APHFTA is looking for vendors who are capable of providing the following goods or services for its head office in Dar es Salaam and Zonal Offices in Mwanza, lringa, Tabora,Njombe Singida & Morogoro.
Category 1: Catering Services
Category 2: Office stationeries and expendable
Category 3: Printing and photocopying Services
Category 4: Ticketing and Travel agency services
Category 5: Office supplies consumables
Category 6: Air condition maintenance and services
Category 7: Auto Repair Garage and Car Maintenance Services Centre Category 8: Graphics designs
Category 9: Vehicle hires and logistics services.
Category 10: Petrol stations and fueling services deploying fuel cards system.
Deadline and Additional Information
The interested bidder should pick the detailed RFQ at APHFTA offices for respective category or categories stated above from 12-16 March 2021 from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. A prospective bidder having any questions regarding the detailed RFQs shall contact APHFTA at: [email protected] from 18-23 March 2021 prior to the due date and time for submission of quotes. The deadline for submission of the proposal is 26th March 2021 by 15:00hrs } (East Africa Time). Please quote respective RFQ category number in the email subject.
All responses should be submitted in hard copies, no electronic or email copies will be evaluated. Responses to our RFQ should be sent to the physical address below
