Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:

  • Senior Positions (Learning & Development Manager): Minimum 5–6 years of relevant HR or training management experience within a hotel, resort, or international hospitality brand.

  • Junior Positions (HR Officer): Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.

• Education: Relevant certificate, diploma, degree, or professional HR qualification.

• Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English.

• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HR information systems, Opera PMS, or other relevant software where applicable.

• Core Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities, strong operational integrity, ability to thrive under pressure, and immediate availability (candidates who can start immediately will be given priority).
