Role Summary

Responsible for maintaining customer IT environments, including hardware, software, networks, storage, and security systems. The role ensures smooth operations through installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and structured reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and enhance IT infrastructure solutions

  • Install and configure routers, switches, servers, firewalls, AD, DNS/DHCP

  • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, systems, and end-user devices

  • Perform upgrades, preventive maintenance, and firmware updates

  • Support end users with hardware/software installations and connectivity

  • Ensure Office 365, antivirus, and backups operate effectively

  • Manage storage systems (SAN), virtualization, and backup technologies

Qualifications
