Join the Technical Team in a senior support role focused on maintaining complex IT environments.
Responsible for maintaining customer IT environments, including hardware, software, networks, storage, and security systems. The role ensures smooth operations through installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and structured reporting.
Implement and enhance IT infrastructure solutions
Install and configure routers, switches, servers, firewalls, AD, DNS/DHCP
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, systems, and end-user devices
Perform upgrades, preventive maintenance, and firmware updates
Support end users with hardware/software installations and connectivity
Ensure Office 365, antivirus, and backups operate effectively
Manage storage systems (SAN), virtualization, and backup technologies
Provide incident support, escalate complex issues, and compile weekly/monthly reports
Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT
3–5+ years of experience in the IT industry
Strong LAN/WAN, networking, and troubleshooting skills
Experience with desktops, laptops, servers, and storage systems
Certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, CCNA are an added advantage
Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
