Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:

  • Senior Positions (Supervisor): Minimum 5–6 years of relevant reservations or front office experience within a hotel, resort, or international hospitality brand.

  • Junior Positions (Agents): Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Education: Relevant certificate, diploma, degree, or professional hospitality qualification.

• Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English.

• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Opera PMS, property management systems, or relevant hotel reservation software.

• Core Qualities: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, guest-service ethic, operational integrity, ability to perform under pressure, and immediate availability (candidates who can join immediately will be given priority).
