1. IT Support Specialist

About the role

Onfon Microfinance is seeking an IT Support Specialist with experience in API support, Linux operating systems, and entry-level development skills.

Educational background

Applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical skills

2. Debt Collectors

Job description

Onfon Microfinance is looking for three committed and results-oriented male Debt Collectors to join its team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.

Key responsibilities

The Debt Collectors will be responsible for:

  • Contacting customers with overdue payments through phone calls and field visits.
  • Following up and negotiating payment arrangements.
  • Recovering outstanding debts in line with company policies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
  • Preparing daily and weekly collection reports.
  • Working closely with the finance and credit teams.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • Male applicants only.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
