1. News Media Content Strategist TikTok / Instagram

Duties and responsibilities

• Plan and write short video content and scripts for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Continuously track global and local social media trends, memes, and viral formulas to quickly generate actionable content ideas
• Translate product/campaign information into shareable, memorable short-form video content aligned with brand tone
• Analyze the underlying mechanics of viral videos (pacing, hooks, emotional triggers, music, copywriting style, etc.) to continuously refine content strategy
• Work closely with filming and editing teams to guide the overall creative direction and ensure content quality

Requirements

• A sharp instinct for the algorithms and content trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram — a heavy, active user of these platforms, not someone who merely knows they exist
• Proven experience planning successful short video scripts (whether for a personal account or on behalf of a brand/company); real case examples are a strong plus
• Exceptional online sensibility and trend awareness — someone who genuinely loves consuming and studying content, even “addicted” to chasing trends
• Solid copywriting skills, able to turn creative ideas into clear, executable scripts
• Strong team spirit, able to collaborate effectively with filming, editing, and operations teams

2. Sales Officer

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients in the building materials sector
• Promote ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related products—providing quotes, samples, and technical information
• Respond to inquiries, negotiate pricing/terms, and close sales opportunities
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and report trends/feedback to management
• Participate in online promotions, trade exhibitions, and client meetings
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in building materials, ceramics, construction, or home improvement industries preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Flexible and available for irregular long-term business travel
• Results-driven with a proactive attitude

3. Accountant Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements

• Required to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting, or related field
• More than 3 years of related experience is preferred
• Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
• Comply with company rules and regulations

4. Driver (Truck, Excavator, Small Car)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for transporting the company’s staff, products, and materials
• Clean the vehicle before and after daily use
• Keep good records of vehicle usage and manage the vehicles
• Regularly check the vehicle’s specific condition and other documents

Requirements

• Driving experience of 3 years or more
• Possess a corresponding vehicle driving license; LATRA license preferred
• Small car drivers must speak and write English fluently
• Be familiar with the roads and shops in Dar es Salaam
• Comply with company rules and regulations
• Accept irregular long-term business trips
