Experience:
Senior Positions: Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in a hotel, resort, or international hospitality brand.
Junior Positions: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Education: Relevant certificate, diploma, degree, or professional hospitality qualification.
Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Opera PMS or other hotel systems (where applicable).
Core Qualities: Uncompromising commitment to cleanliness, guest satisfaction, integrity, ability to deliver under pressure, and immediate availability (candidates ready to start immediately will be given priority).
