Oversee and monitor day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure product consistency and safety across product lines (soaps, coconut oil, composite flour).
Implement and enforce strict Quality Control (QC) and safety standards during raw material sourcing, processing, and packaging.
Perform regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with quality guidelines and regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, manage batch tracking, and ensure efficient workflow on the production floor.
Maintain detailed production logs, quality reports, and batch record documentation.
Relevant background or degree/diploma in Chemistry
Proven experience in production oversight, quality assurance, or quality control within the FMCG, cosmetics, or food manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards, safety protocols, and hygienic processing techniques.
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities.
