AML Finance Limited is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Relationship Manager to drive our corporate and commercial lending operations. The successful candidate will leverage established business networks to acquire new clients, structure tailored credit solutions, and manage a healthy, profitable loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Client Management: Proactively source, onboard, and retain commercial borrowing clients to expand the institution’s lending portfolio.
Credit Structuring & Deal Closing: Assess client financial needs, structure appropriate credit facilities, and negotiate loan terms in alignment with credit risk guidelines.
Portfolio Monitoring & Recovery: Monitor loan performance, enforce credit documentation and collateral compliance, and manage active collections and recoveries.
Market Expansion: Utilize existing market networks and industry insights to consistently achieve revenue and growth targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of proven experience in commercial/business lending and portfolio management within a regulated financial institution.
Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue targets, credit evaluation, and deal structuring.
Strong expertise in credit documentation, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring.
Superior negotiation, presentation, and strategic report-writing skills.
