Duties and responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• To teach up to NTA level 8, which is Bachelor’s Degree level.
• To prepare learning resources for tutorial exercises.
• To conduct research, seminars, and case studies.
• To carry out consultancy and community services under supervision.
• To supervise students’ projects.
• To prepare teaching manuals.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Holder of a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from a recognized institution.
• The Master’s Degree must have a GPA of 3.8 or above.
• The applicant must also possess a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields from a recognized institution:
  • Public Administration
  • Political Science and Public Administration
• The Bachelor’s Degree must have a GPA of 3.5 or above.
