
Job location: Arusha
To serve as a direct bridge between retail management and the sales team on the floor, ensuring daily execution is disciplined, performance-led, and aligned to budget. This is a hands-on, KPI driven role focused on coaching, structure, reporting, and monthly performance analysis that helps the team understand results and improve behaviour. The ultimate purpose of the role is to protect standards and ensure the business stays on target & budget.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any other related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing, corporate affairs, or public relations, with at least 2 years in a similar position or a related one.
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
