Verify passenger tickets against photo IDs and travel documents
Assist with passenger check-in and preparation of flight manifest
Charge for excess baggage and report accordingly
Ensure checked baggage and cargo are placed on the correct aircraft
Escort arriving and departing passengers through required controls and to transfer desks
Perform other official duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in any field
One of the following certificates: Air Transport Management, Air Ticketing, Air Cargo, Dangerous Goods, Ground Handling, or equivalent from a recognized aviation institution
IATA or UFTAA certification is an added advantage
