Bancassurance, sales and agency manager, 1 position, head office

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Business Administration and Finance.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in the Insurance industry, including at least three (3) years in Bancassurance, Sales and Agency management.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Proven record of success in business development, sales growth, and agency management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of Insurance regulations and industry best practices.

General requirements

• Copies of Secondary Education Examination Certificates.
• Copy of Birth Certificate.
• Copy of Zanzibar Resident ID or National ID.
