We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional beverage experiences and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and customer-focused Barista to craft premium coffee and specialty beverages while delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of espresso-based coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages adhering to strict recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Demonstrate expert espresso extraction techniques, milk steaming methods, and latte art capabilities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work stations, espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Engage warmly with customers, take orders accurately, and provide expert recommendations on coffee profiles and menu pairings.
• Monitor beverage inventory, track daily bean usage, and report equipment maintenance needs promptly. Barista

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Barista in a high-volume, specialty coffee shop or premium restaurant setting.
• Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Skills: Deep knowledge of coffee origin profiles, grind adjustments, espresso extraction parameters, and latte art techniques.
• Standards: Strong attention to detail, exceptional speed of service under pressure, and a high commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
