
Operational Supervision: Monitor and supervise daily boiler operations, water treatment systems, and auxiliary equipment to ensure continuous, uninterrupted supply.
Maintenance & Repair: Plan, schedule, and oversee routine preventative maintenance, servicing, and emergency repairs on boilers and associated piping/valves.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA standards) regarding high-pressure equipment.
Efficiency Optimization: Monitor fuel consumption, chemical dosing, water quality, and pressure metrics to optimize boiler performance and minimize operational costs.
Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, or operational faults within the boiler system.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of boiler operators and technicians to ensure safe and efficient shifts.
Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logbooks detailing boiler parameters, water testing results, maintenance activities, and fuel usage.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in industrial boiler operations and maintenance.
Certification: Valid Industrial Boiler Operator / Competency Certificate is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of high-pressure boilers, water treatment processes, steam systems, pneumatic controls, and electrical wiring.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise, delegate, and manage technical teams under shift schedules.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under high-pressure scenarios.
