Branch Manager (2 Positions in Dar es Salaam)
Job Purpose To take a lead in driving the business growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing risk, and delivering superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve branch profitability.
- Lead, coach, and manage staff to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Banking, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, business development, and risk management skills.
