Bulk SMS Product Executive/Product Specialist

Job Purpose:
To manage, promote, and support the Bulk SMS service by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, coordinating service delivery, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Bulk SMS solutions to corporate, government, NGO, and SME customers.
• Identify and acquire new Bulk SMS customers.
• Manage customer onboarding, account setup, sender ID registration, and service activation.
• Coordinate with technical teams for API integration and system configuration.
• Monitor SMS traffic, delivery reports, and service performance.
• Resolve customer issues by working with technical support and network teams.
• Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and customer data privacy requirements.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
• Monitor customer usage and identify upselling opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and usage reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners.
• Ensure timely billing and payment follow-up.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2-5 years of experience in telecom products or enterprise sales.
  Experience with Bulk SMS, CPaaS, A2P Messaging, or enterprise messaging services is an added advantage.
