Your mission

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting business performance through reporting, analysis, forecasting, and decision support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Analyze dealer, sales, and regional performance.
• Support customer care, collections, and operations reporting.
• Monitor repayment trends and portfolio quality.
• Develop forecasts and business cases.
• Enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to different teams.

Required qualifications and skills include:

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools is an advantage.
