Position: Charter Division Manager
Status: Vacant
Locations: Dar es Salaam & Arusha, Tanzania
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Aviation, or related field.
- Experience in charter sales and charter operations in Tanzania.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Aviation or tourism industry knowledge is an added advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage charter flight sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate, tourism, NGO, government, and private clients.
- Prepare charter quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless charter execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
