Job opportunity for Claims Manager

Required skills and qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in insurance, risk management, business, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong background working in insurance operations or claims handling.
• At least 5 years in handling claims.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and writing skills to deal with clients and partners.
• Analytical Skills: Strong logic and problem-solving abilities to assess risk and detect fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Review Claims: Check if insurance claims are valid, legal, and covered under the policy.
• Manage Staff: Supervise claims officers, adjusters, and support teams to drive high performance.
• Resolve Disputes: Handle difficult or high-value cases and investigate suspected fraud.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow industry regulations, company policies, and customer protection laws.
• Report Metrics: Track processing times and prepare performance reports for senior leaders.
