Restless Development Tanzania is seeking an experienced consultant to develop a practical, youth-friendly and accessible guideline on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for young people aged 15–35.
As AI becomes increasingly part of young people’s everyday lives—from education and research to creativity, communication and employment—there is a growing need for accessible guidance that helps young people understand AI, use it responsibly and critically assess the information it generates.
The guideline will explore key issues including AI literacy, digital safety, privacy, misinformation, bias, responsible AI use, education, employment and the future of work, using relatable examples, practical tips, reflection questions and real-life scenarios.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from consultants with demonstrated experience in AI, digital technology, digital literacy, education, youth development, communications or related fields, alongside strong research, writing and youth engagement skills. Experience developing youth-friendly learning resources is highly desirable.
