JOB OPPORTUNITY – COSMETICS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Dar es Salaam

Reporting to: Commercial Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused, and results-driven Cosmetics Sales Representative to drive sales of our cosmetics and personal care product portfolio across assigned retail outlets and pharmacy partners. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, understands the retail market, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Promote and sell company cosmetics and personal care products across assigned pharmacies and retail outlets.
  • Provide professional product education and beauty recommendations to customers and outlet staff.
  • Build strong relationships with pharmacy teams and retail partners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Implement promotional activities and ensure strong product visibility in outlets.
  • Monitor stock levels, prevent stock-outs, and support re-ordering processes.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the company.

What We’re Looking For

  • Good knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and personal care brands.
  • 2–3 years of experience in cosmetics sales, pharmacy sales, FMCG sales, or retail sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A presentable, energetic, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to move between multiple outlets within your assigned territory.
