Key requirements & experience

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
2–3 years’ relevant experience in data centre operations, telecommunications, facilities management, electrical maintenance, or a related technical environment.
1–2 years’ supervisory or team-lead experience is an added advantage, preferably managing technical/site-based teams.
Experience in staff scheduling, shift management, leave planning, and deployment of technical teams in a 24/7 operational environment.
Strong ability to prepare, review, and submit operational reports accurately and within deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and respond effectively to urgent operational and fault situations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies/call-outs as required by a 24/7 data centre environment.
Relevant professional registration/certification will be an added advantage.
