Female Social Media Marketing & Sales Assistant Clothing Shop
Location: CK FASHION Shop – Mindu-upanga,Muhimbili
Job Purpose
To assist with social media marketing, create engaging content, respond to customer inquiries, and support the conversion of online inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content.
- Take product photos and videos.
- Respond to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Coordinate with production to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and customer service skills(Fluent in English)
- Basic photography/video editing skills are an advantage.
- 0–1 year of experience or a relevant internship.
