Barrick Gold Corporation is seeking a motivated Graduate Supply Chain Trainee to join its 12-month Graduate Development Program at the Bulyanhulu Gold Mine. The program is designed to accelerate technical expertise, warehouse and inventory management skills, leadership abilities, and career growth within a high-performing supply chain department in the mining industry.
Hands-On Experience: Practical engagement across Bulyanhulu’s warehouse, inventory, and mine site supply chain operations.
Rotational Exposure: Rotations across key operational and logistical departments to gain end-to-end supply chain perspective.
Mentorship & Coaching: Direct mentorship from the Warehouse Superintendent and senior supply chain professionals.
Structured Development: Participation in technical workshops, leadership training, and career advancement exposure.
Real-World Impact: Involvement in real-world supply chain and inventory optimization projects driving operational efficiency and sustainability.
Support warehouse and inventory operations, material receiving, storage, and distribution workflows.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Materials Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
Academic Standing: GPA of 3.5 or higher is required (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and collaborative teamwork abilities.
