Job Purpose
The Graduate Trainee Operations program is designed to provide ambitious engineering graduates with hands-on technical, analytical, and operational experience within the LPG sector. The trainee will support daily facility operations, assist with engineering project execution, analyze performance data, and help maintain high safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Operational Support & System Maintenance:
Support daily plant and terminal operations within assigned technical departments.
Assist engineering teams in monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining plant equipment, piping, and operational systems.
Ensure full compliance with company safety standards, operational SOPs, and environmental regulations.
Project Execution & Continuous Improvement:
Participate actively in technical engineering projects and operational optimization initiatives.
Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools to support process improvement.
Prepare detailed operational reports, log sheets, and technical documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Perform additional technical duties as assigned by department heads and operational supervisors.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
Education & Professional Status:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Status as a Registered Graduate Engineer (ERB) is considered a strong added advantage.
Graduation Timeline: At least one year elapsed since graduation.
Key Competencies & Technical Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Advanced Excel), internet applications, and professional communication tools.
Strong problem-solving, creative, and analytical capabilities.
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced plant/industrial environment.
High level of personal integrity, discipline, initiative, and adaptability.
