Purpose of Role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning human-resources strategies with the organisation’s goals, and working closely with business leaders to drive people-performance, talent development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic HR Partnership

    • Collaborate with senior business leaders to translate business plans into people strategies.

    • Lead workforce planning, talent mapping and succession planning to ensure the right capability is in place for current and future needs.

    • Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and drive decision-making.

    • Continuously review and improve HR processes, systems and tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

  2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Define competency requirements in partnership with managers and design recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

      Recruitment Portal Service
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job description development, screening, interviewing, selection, offer and onboarding.

    • Embed a smooth and engaging onboarding process to assimilate new employees into the culture, vision and values of Yas Tanzania.
